Praan vzw is de overkoepelende organisatie van het Iyengar Yoga centrum.
Alle leraren die zich inzetten voor Praan zijn gecertifieerde Iyengar Yoga docenten of zijn in opleiding.
Praan betekent universele levensenergie en wordt nergens anders zo mooi bezongen dan in het gelijknamige gedicht van Rabindranath Tagore.
Het filmpje van Matt Harding toont op een treffende maar ludieke wijze de betekenis van Praan. De muziek is van Garry Schyman en het gedicht wordt gezongen door Palbasha Siddique. Echt de moeite waard!
